HIJIRI DAKE (3013m)
Late in the afternoon became cloudy and got the summit under mist but enjoyed all day long after Akaishi in the morning! Spotted several times the rock ptarmigan (raichou)!! Stayed overnight at Hijiri daira koya (聖平小屋).

Born in Rome, at the age of 8 my parents enrolled me in a Boy Scout group in which I was a member until the age of 24. This experience put me in touch with nature, I learnt what life in the open air is all about and I became passionate about mountains. I started with the Apennines and perfected myself in my beloved Dolomites in Italy.
