Beautiful day, cold but clear in a sea of snow!!! Fairytale scenery, wonderful hike not far from Tokyo, few people around in the snow on a usually very popular trail. Beware of the signs indicating Kawanori, they use two scripts with ideograms (kanji) for this mountain: 川乗 and 川苔.
