Started early with a direct bus to Oshimizu. Difficult at beginning because the breeze froze in the night and the wooden walkways were slippery and the mud everywhere slowed me down. Enjoyed the sunrise, birdsong and the stunning view of the Oze plateau from the top. To be continued in Shibutsu which I combined with on a crazy day.
