I finally made it after spending the previous ascent of this mountain in the pouring rain. Mt. Kurobegoro is a magnificent and vigorous mountain in Kurobe area. There is a huge snow valley creating a cirque on the north face of Mt. Kurobegoro which offers a stunning view!! Left from Tarodaira hut (太郎平小屋), up to the summit and spent the following night at Kagamidaira hut (鏡平山荘).
