One of the most popular route in the Northern Japan Alps, the Omote Ginza mountains ridgeline travers (表銀座・パノラマ銀座縦走) is definitely worth to do!! I started from Kamikochi (上高地), got there by a night bus at 5.20 AM, hurry up till Tokusawa (徳沢), then climbed Chogatake (蝶ヶ岳) and Jonen dake (常念岳), stayed overnight at Jonen goya (常念小屋) (arrived too early, at 1.40 PM) and the next day, after a beautiful dawn, climbed Otensho dake (大天井岳), Tsubakuro dake (燕岳)  and I got down at Nakabusa onsen (中房温泉) in time to catch the bus of 12.30 back bound for Hotaka station (穂高駅).
