MITO SAN (1531m)-GOZEN YAMA (1405m)
Caught the bus from Okutama station at 7.56 AM, get off at Minedani bus stop, crossed the floating bridge and enjoyed a very steep ascent. Very hot, drunk about 2 lt of water and I was thirsty...
Be careful, tricky trailhead between Mito san and Gozen yama, don't get lost! Down to the Okutama lake and caught the bus at 3.11 PM back to Okutama station.

Born in Rome, at the age of 8 my parents enrolled me in a Boy Scout group in which I was a member until the age of 24. This experience put me in touch with nature, I learnt what life in the open air is all about and I became passionate about mountains. I started with the Apennines and perfected myself in my beloved Dolomites in Italy.
